What is included in the price?+
One flat price per location, with no per-module invoices and no per-seat charge. Which modules are switched on depends on the tier: Founder is the counter and the stockroom — POS, full inventory, online catalog, customers and loyalty. Pro adds the money side, purchasing and double-entry accounting and invoicing. Multi-Location adds HR and payroll and runs it all from one dashboard. Every plan includes support, updates and the AI assistant.
Do I have to talk to someone before I can try it?+
No. Start the free trial with an email and a business name and your workspace is live in minutes, no card. Talking to us is for people who want a walkthrough or want their real data brought across first — it is an option, never a queue.
Can I move my existing catalog and data across?+
Yes. There is a guided import that reads a spreadsheet export from your current system, with a ready-made profile for BimPOS and a generic spreadsheet profile for everything else. It maps your columns, shows you what it matched, and lets you correct it before anything is written. Bigger migrations, including suppliers and opening stock, are what the assisted onboarding covers.
Can I get my data back out?+
Yes, at any time and without asking us. Every table in the back office exports to Excel with the columns you pick, in a stable column order so this month's sheet lines up with last month's. Your data is yours; there is no export fee and no exit fee.
What happens when the internet goes down?+
The POS keeps selling. It runs against a local database on the terminal, so a dropped connection changes nothing at the counter. Every order, payment and stock movement queues locally and syncs to the back office the moment the line comes back.
What hardware do I need?+
Bring your own. Holo runs on ordinary Windows and macOS machines and works with standard receipt printers, cash drawers and barcode scanners. There is no proprietary terminal to buy and nothing is locked to us. Send us the model you already have, or are about to buy, and we will confirm it before you spend anything.
Does the AI assistant cost extra?+
The assistant is included in every plan, and it runs on your own AI provider key, which you paste in once during setup. Your prompts and business data go to your account rather than through ours, and there is no AI usage margin inside your subscription. You pay your provider for what you actually use, which for a typical single location is small.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?+
Cancel anytime with 30 days notice, and no clawback on months already paid. There is a full money-back guarantee in your first 30 days.
Do you charge for support or updates?+
No. Support and every future update are included in all plans, at no extra cost and with no version you have to upgrade to.
How does yearly billing work?+
Pay twelve months up front at the price of ten, so two months free against monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and yearly at renewal.
